2017 Grace Church Campout is here.
A Note From Molly:
The 5th Annual Church Campout is coming up quickly, and we are so excited!
Thank you all for signing up, we are really excited to get to spend the weekend with you! It's going to be a sweet weekend to spend together in God's beautiful creation.
Please be sure to get your $60 fee paid to the church as soon as possible.
This fee covers your camping for the weekend, car parking for the weekend and the All Church BBQ on Saturday evening.
Many families have expressed interest in going up earlier in the week. We will be going up either Wednesday or Thursday. If you are interested, you will need to handle payment for the extra days on your own. Each extra night you stay is $24 (paid to the ranger nightly). OR you can call and reserve a site ahead of time at 360-599-2776. If you reserve ahead of time, there is a $5 reservation fee so it will be $29. If you will have more than one vehicle at your campsite, there is a small fee of $11. This payment will be collected by the park ranger once you are there. (This will only matter if you are camping extra days as the $60 fee for the weekend covers all cars).
Agenda for the Weekend:
Arrive when you can and setup camp. Pick an open campsite that you like best. We have 26 of the 28 sites reserved. So pick a site #2-27. (#1 and #28 are first come first serve, if you find it empty and want to take the spot let Molly know)
Set up camp and enjoy some family time! You are encouraged to plan dinner with another family or ask others to join you around your campfire (if there is no burn ban….which there isn’t yet so keep praying that it stays that way!:))
