2020 is here, and with it all our resolutions…to get stronger, be more disciplined, improve our core. That sounds… hard. I’m tired and worn down and guilty and just want to hear about Jesus! Do I really need to strengthen my ‘core’?
Well… yes. Your core is your center, the key structures and muscles that give you stability and even ability to move. This isn’t rocket science; all sports programs, medical rehabilitation, physical therapy models all want you to have a strong core. Your core is central to your life.
