HELPS MINISTRY

What is Grace Helps?

We want people to know we care about them, and there are people that are rooting for them.  It is our desire to simply help those in need within our church body and allow people to love one another.

Whether this need is helping someone move, mowing a lawn, or in some cases helping someone financially, Grace Helps has the same heart in mind, to display the love and care of Christ to the church family and to live real life together.

The ministry was created as an avenue where people can ask for help, with the design to put action to the need. Each request that comes in is prayerfully considered and handled with care, whether or not the church is ultimately able to help. You’re encouraged to share needs, big and small.

We want people to feel comfortable about asking for help and to be specific on their needs.  So far Grace Helps has rallied roughly 15 volunteers from the church to help in any way the ministry can serve, but they are always welcoming new volunteers. If you’re looking for an occasional way to bless another family in church practically and tangibly, please let us know.

Whether you’d like to get involved, or have a need to share, this is a great step to being a part of a true community.

Finally, we would ask that you would pray for Grace Helps in the following ways: that this ministry would always be available for those in the body, and that those in need would feel absolutely welcomed and comfortable bringing their needs to Grace Helps.
